 Model ZDJ Medium-speed Automatic Paper Plate Machine adopts the cam to control the mould, so there is no need to buy an air compressor to save electricity, and there is no need to buy an air compressor to save costs and land. The machine adopts PLC control, and the machine operation is more intelligent. The machine adopts horizontal pushing operation, and the paper sheets are all under control from paper suction, paper pushing, forming, and counting, which greatly reduces the problem of paper waste.  

 Model ZDJ medium-speed paper plate machine adopts high efficient pressurizing air cylinder, so that the Max. pressure is 5T(can be ordered 10ton or bigger) ,Compared with the oil pressure one, it has the advantages of high speed, environment protection and humanism desin . Standard ZDJ Paper plate machine has two working stations, each station install one set of mold and each station has separately PLC digital control and electric control. It is widely applied to make paper plate (or aluminum foil laminated paper plate) in round (rectangle, square, circular, or irregular) shape. Machine speed changes against the material (paper) thickness and the plate size.
