Can save much cost during the production. The finished lid have 3layers each side. lt won'tleak, simple operation,stable property, lowoccupation and high efficiency.

All parts of the cup lid forming machine in contact with the plastic sheet are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, in line with GMP requirements.   The electric furnace of the cup lid forming machine is divided into two sections: preheating and heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is put down to limit the waste of materials within one stroke. Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced. Blow molding or blister molding, punching, punching, and fully automatic process operation are used to complete the molding, punching, trimming, stacking, and counting at one time.
