Can save much cost during the production. The finished lid have 3layers each side. lt won'tleak, simple operation,stable property, lowoccupation and high efficiency.

The electric furnace is divided into two sections: preheating and heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is put down to limit the waste of materials within one stroke. Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced.  The automatic single-layer paper lid forming machine is suitable for lids made of coated paper, ice cream cup lids, coffee cup lids, noodle bowl lids, salad bowl lids, etc. It has largely replaced the plastic cover on the market. The mold is clamped by pressing plate, which is convenient for adjustment and installation.
