Model ZSJ-588 Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, it makes both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper cups after running the procedure of automatic paper feeding, cup-side-wall welding.
The host of the cup lid forming machine has stepless speed regulation, the stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily, it is easy to replace the mold, the manipulator is pulled, and the operation is reliable.
Hot air pre heating, ultrasonic press welding, bottom-disc punching and inserting, cup-wall lifting, bottom heating, bottom knurling, cup-rim lubricating and curling, cup discharging and blowing out, cup stocking .
The main motor of the cup lid forming machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: the number of punching times can be adjusted from 10 to 20 times per minute, and the appropriate number of punching times can be set according to the length of the stroke and the difficulty of forming.
The pneumatic system of the cup lid forming machine adopts photoelectric control, programmable through PLC, so that each mechanism can run accurately and ensure the stability of desynchronization in multi-station and long-distance operation of packaged products.
